Associate Attorney

The Associate Attorney will be responsible for addressing all legal issues related to actual or potential public health emergencies, providing legal advice on issues of state and federal law, and coordinating efforts with attorney representatives of other state, local and federal government entities.

Requirements

• J.D., NYS bar admission, and two years relevant experience
• Participation in Law Review in law school, and publication of Law Review Articles
• Experience providing Continuing Legal Education (CLE) trainings
• Experience in emergency preparedness at the local government level
• Experience working at other state agencies involved in emergency preparedness
