Dietitian

The Dietitian will function as a member of an interdisciplinary team to address the complex medical and nutritional needs of patients in the Pediatric Outpatient Services program, with a focus on pediatric diabetes care.

Requirements

• Minimum of a four (4) year Bachelor’s Degree in a Nutrition field from an accredited university.
• Successful completion of an accredited Dietetic Internship program.
• Current Certificate of Registration in good standing with the College of Dietitians of Ontario.
• Minimum of two (2) years’ experience working within a healthcare environment.
• Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in pediatric nutrition care.
• Minimum of one (1) year experience working with pediatric diabetes.
