Current Certificate of Registration in good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario, Ministry of Labour “Worker Health and Safety Awareness in 4 Steps” training certificate, French Language Service (FLS) Designation

Advanced Diploma in Molecular Imaging. CMRITO Registration. Exposure to CT/PET/SPECT systems & bone density measurements. Knowledge of Infection Prevention & Control practices

Occupational Therapist Certificate of Registration, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy certification, experience working with severe and persistent physical and/or mental illness

Current certification, training certificate, and adult teaching experience are required

Graduate from an approved School of Nursing with a current certificate of competence with the College of Nurses of Ontario, Current certification in Basic Cardiac Life Support BCLS, Ministry of Labour “Worker Health and Safety Awareness in 4 Steps” training certificate is required

Minimum 2-year diploma in Practical Nursing and current certification in Basic Cardiac Life Support BCLS required

4-year degree in Nutrition, 2+ years healthcare experience, 2+ years pediatric nutrition experience, 1+ year pediatric diabetes experience

Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology, 2 years' experience in Pediatric department, 6 months' experience in evidenced-based approach, Autism and FASD testing
