Associate Client Success Manager

Health Union is seeking an Associate Client Success Manager to provide operational support across various sales accounts and partner with Client Success leads to maintain positive client relationships, ensure smooth delivery, and identify opportunities to enhance client experience. The role involves promoting value through client experience, collaborating internally, tracking campaign performance, and managing revenue. The ideal candidate will have experience in the healthcare/pharma industry, familiarity with programmatic trading platforms, and strong organizational and communication skills.
