Job Description
HealthActions seeks a caring Doctor of Physical Therapy to help render excellent care to our patients. This full-time job offers great opportunities for growth and professional development.
Requirements
- Assess, plan, treat, and progress patients through outcomes-driven PT
- Evaluate and interpret findings to create PT treatment plans
- Deliver treatment including manual therapy, active neuromuscular release, and other modalities
- Administer PT treatments, track outcomes, and adjust care as needed
- Support discharge planning and continuity of care through HEP design and patient instruction
- Document services accurately, maintain confidentiality, and comply with safety and regulatory requirements
- Maintain equipment readiness through preventive maintenance and troubleshooting
- Continue professional growth through workshops, publications, and professional societies
