Requirements
- Assists physical therapists in the implementation of patient care rehabilitation programs
- Contributes to physical therapist's effectiveness by identifying patient care issues
- Documents patient care services by charting in patient and department records
- Ensures appropriate documentation and billing
- Instructs and counsels patients by describing therapeutic regimens
- Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
- Maintains production objectives by noting current treatment trends
- Participates in outreach and community educational programs
