Job Description
Join Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) as a Laundry Worker and play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and availability of linens and garments in a long-term care facility. The role involves collecting, sorting, washing, drying, folding, and distributing linens and personal clothing, operating laundry equipment, and maintaining records of laundry activities.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous laundry experience is preferred but not required
- Must be able to lift/carry a maximum of 50 pounds, push/pull a maximum of 50 pounds, stand, sit, bend and walk for extended periods
- Must be able to work around cleaning products
- Able to follow oral and written instructions, and perform routine, repetitive tasks daily
