Conifer offers revenue cycle management solutions to hospitals across the nation, and is seeking an Inquiry Resolutions Rep to research, investigate and resolve patient disputes, as well as handle inquiries from state and federal regulatory agencies.
Requirements
- High School or GED
- Strong Decision Making / Critical Thinking skills
- Strong Typing Skills -- at least 40 WPM / Strong Technology skills (Word / Outlook)
- 1+ years of claims / patient account resolution
- Knowledge of consumer protection laws and regulations found in banking and finance
- Experience with Researching Disputes / consumer complaints
