Job Description
HealthCare Support Staffing, Inc. is seeking a Licensed Insurance Telesales Representative to complete Enrollment and Plan Change Applications, make outbound calls to current members, and use CRM for lead tracking and follow-up. The ideal candidate will have a 215 or 240 license, 6 months + previous sales call center experience, strong customer service skills, and computer skills.
Requirements
- Must have 215 or 240 license
- 6 months + previous sales call center experience
- Strong customer service skills
- Computer skills: Must have MS Office Suite working knowledge, phone system knowledge, and be comfortable toggling between dual monitors
- HS Diploma or GED
