Job Description
HealthCare Support Staffing, Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse Case Manager to provide and manage home and long-term nursing care based on agency policies, physician orders, and nursing process. The ideal candidate will have 1+ year of clinical experience as a RN Case Manager in a Hospice/Home Health/Emergency care setting.
Requirements
- Active RN License in good standing
- Valid Driver’s License with Auto Insurance
- 1+ year(s) of clinical experience as a RN Case Manager preferably in a Hospice/Home Health/Emergency care setting
