Job Description
Healthcare Talent is currently supporting a Benefits & Compensation Manager opening in the greater Orange County area. This position is responsible for working with several TPAs, assisting in bringing on new company acquisitions, and overseeing a team of 3–4 benefits analysts.
Requirements
- Experience in compensation restructuring and design in a large company setting
- Multi-state and large company (2,500 - 4,000 employee) experience
- Plan negotiating experience
