Requirements
- Current and extensive knowledge of Medicare and company programs
- Registered Nurse or LVN with an AS, BS or higher degree in Nursing or current professional license or certificate
- Minimum clinical experience of 5 years with the health needs of the population served
- CCM certification at the time of hire or promotion highly preferred
