Requirements
- Active Indiana Speech Language Pathologist license
- Master’s Degree in speech-language pathology
- Passing the Praxis II: Subject Assessment in Speech-Language Pathology exam
- Certificate of Clinical Competence or Clinical Fellow
- Residency in the state of Indiana
