Job Description
The Emergency Medical Technician position (EMT/PCP) will provide assessment, treatment and transportation of ill or injured persons in response to emergency and non-emergency events. The role operates under the Saskatchewan Ambulance Act and Regulations, Saskatchewan College of Paramedics (SCoP) protocols, and Saskatchewan Health Authority policies. It's a casual position with no guaranteed hours, requiring availability 24/7.
Requirements
- Valid Class 4 driver's license
- Cardiac Resuscitation Certificate (CPR)
- International Trauma Life Support Certificate (ITLS)
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Competency in verbal communication, writing skills, interpersonal skills
