Job Description
The Saskatchewan Health Authority (SHA) is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to work in the Chronic Resident Unit at Silver Heights Special Care Home in Raymore, SK. The LPN will provide education and care to clients/patients/residents in all phases of health care.
Requirements
- Practical Nursing diploma
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a multi-disciplinary team
- Valid driver's license
- Registered/eligible with the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of SK (CLPNS)
