Nurse B - Clinical Coordinator

As a member of a 24-hr patient access service, the System Flow Coordinator is responsible for patient flow; to facilitate appropriate access to safe patient care. This will include coordination and accountability for decision making with respects to consultation, placement and movement of patients within and outside of tertiary acute care.

Requirements

• 5 years recent experience in a medical, surgical, critical care or ER dept
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN)
• Basic Life Support Certificate (BLS)
