Job Description
Provide primary health care services to the community, implement therapeutic interventions, assess and diagnose client/patient status, and work in conjunction with a diverse interdisciplinary team.
Requirements
- Three years fulltime experience as a Registered Nurse
- Master of Nursing - Nurse Practitioner (MN-NP) degree
- Basic Life Support Certificate (BLS)
- Ability to work as a member of a multi-disciplinary team
- Knowledge in communication techniques and approaches
- Ability to work independently
- Knowledge in education and program development, implementation and evaluation
- Knowledge in diverse cultures, values and traditions

- Salary or Pay Band: Pay Band Nurse Practitioner $52.590 to $62.910
