Physician Assistant Degree

The Saskatchewan Health Authority (SHA) is recruiting a part-time Physician Assistant (PA) to join their Pediatric Nursing Unit at Regina General Hospital. The role involves providing medical generalism, making clinical decisions, and providing diagnostic and therapeutic interventions. The position requires collaboration with a Physician and the adhering to the established disciplinary relationship agreement. The position offers opportunity for academic leadership and clinical practice.

Requirements

• Completion of an accredited PA degree program recognized by PACCC
• Canadian Certified Physician Assistant (CCPA) license
• Valid Class 5 driver's license
• Membership and Licensure in good standing with the CPSS
• Eligibility for registration with CPSS
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certificate
• Pediatric Advanced Cardiac Life Support (PALS) certification
