Job Description
Data Product Owner Director job at HealthEquity, focusing on digital experience analytics and experimentation to inform product decisions, with a remote work option and a salary range of $151,500-$191,500 per year.
Requirements
- Experience owning digital experience analytics, experimentation, or data products in product-led organizations
- Deep expertise in product analytics, metrics design, and behavioral data modeling
- Hands-on experience managing Amplitude or similar analytics platforms
- Strong understanding of A/B testing, experimentation frameworks, and statistical rigor
- Ability to translate product and design questions into measurable metrics and testable hypotheses
- Technical fluency with SQL, analytics tools, and mobile and web tracking
- Understanding of data governance, privacy, and compliance in regulated environments
- An experimentation mindset, strong prioritization skills, and the ability to influence across teams
