Director of Product

Director of Product will shape and deliver unified, AI-enabled, member-first mobile and web experiences that simplify how people save, spend, and invest in their healthcare.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading product strategy and delivery for consumer-facing mobile and web platforms at scale
• Strong product leadership skills, with experience guiding Product Managers and Product Owners in Agile environments
• Deep understanding of product discovery, experimentation, analytics, and data-informed decision-making
• Understanding of how AI can be applied across the Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC) to enhance discovery, prioritization, delivery, and continuous optimization
