Job Description
HealthEquity is seeking a Sr UX Designer to help shape intuitive, high-impact digital experiences that simplify complexity and improve the lives of our users. As a Sr UX Designer, you will partner closely with product managers, engineers, and fellow designers to turn product intent into clear experience strategies, interaction models, and high-quality product experiences.
Requirements
- Proven experience designing customer-facing digital products
- Strong foundation in human-centered design
- Ability to translate complex product requirements into clear interaction models, user flows, and scalable UI solutions
