Clinical Nurse Manager/Supervisor (RN) Home Health (Sign-on bonus of up to $10K)

HealthFlex is a team of nurses dedicated to providing home health care services. As a Clinical Nurse Manager/Supervisor, you will be responsible for monitoring quality, service and utilization standards, supervising clinical operational activities, and collaborating with leadership to make continuous improvements.

Requirements

• Current and unrestricted CA RN License
• 1 year of RN Home Health experience required
• Leadership and/or precepting experience desired
• Current AHA CPR certification
• Valid Driver's License
