Critical Incident Responder

HealthHero is seeking a Critical Incident Responder to join their Affiliate Network. As a CISM trained Counsellor, you will provide timely and professional interventions to employees who have experienced trauma.

Requirements

• BACP/UKCP/NCS registration as a Counsellor
• CISM qualification
• Demonstrable experience of facilitating critical incident debriefing sessions
• Significant experience working with trauma
• Experience of safeguarding and managing risk with client groups
• Strong organisational skills
• A clear and concise verbal and written communicator
• IT Skills including proficiency using Microsoft Systems and electronic clinical record systems
