Job Description
The Regional Director, Clinical Services will develop regionalized strategies that meet member health outcomes and client objectives. Partnering with leadership teams to ensure smooth operating process development, procedural delivery, and drive engagement that ensures the success of Healthmap Solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; Master’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration preferred
- Active RN licensure required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification (based on role)
- 10 years’ experience strategizing and implementing the design of clinical and quality activities
- 10 years’ of progressive leadership management operations experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
- Proven history of generating superior results
- Proof of valid and unrestricted driver’s license required
- Must reside within coverage area
- Must comply with organization policies for health screening and immunizations
