Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant - Mesa, AZ

We're hiring a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide ongoing care within post-acute and long-term care settings across Mesa and Chandler. This position offers steady weekday hours, autonomy, and a manageable patient load in a supportive clinical environment.

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted Arizona NP or PA license
• Graduate of an accredited U.S.-based NP or PA program
• Preferred: 1–2 years of post-acute, long-term, or primary care experience
• Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and organizational skills
• Reliable, professional, and comfortable working independently
