Job Description
HealthOPM is seeking compassionate and dedicated Personal Support Workers (PSWs) to join our growing team in Hamilton, ON. In this rewarding community-based, home-to-home role, you'll make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors by supporting their daily routines, well-being, and independence.
Requirements
- Valid PSW Certification (Ontario)
- Recent Vulnerable Sector Check (within 12 months)
- Clear 2-Step TB Test
- Valid drivers license and reliable vehicle
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with dementia care and GPA/NVCI training (preferred)
