Job Description
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Personal Support Workers (PSWs) to join our team at a respected retirement home in Mississauga. This part-time opportunity focuses on weekend coverage, ideal for individuals with availability on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
Requirements
- Completion of a Personal Support Worker (PSW) certificate from a recognized program
- Previous experience in a retirement or long-term care setting is preferred
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills
- Physically capable of performing care tasks, including lifting and assisting with mobility
- Demonstrated compassion, patience, and a resident-centered approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
