Job Description
HealthOPM is hiring Nurse Practitioners for on-site roles in Thunder Bay, ON, with relocation support available. This opportunity comes with competitive compensation and immediate start dates.
Requirements
- Registered NP (Adult or Primary Health Care) with active CNO license
- Masters degree (MN-NP or MScN)
- Preferred: experience in harm reduction, HIV/Hep C, or community health
- Strong clinical decision-making and patient communication skills
- Proficient in EMRs
- Current N95 Mask Fit Test and immunizations (MMRV, TB test, or chest X-ray)
