Analyst, Financial Systems Senior

HealthPartners is seeking a Financial Systems Analyst Senior to manage Oracle Cloud Fusion ERP System for finance applications. This role involves reporting, training, maintenance, upgrades, integrations, and supporting users. The position requires a good understanding of finance operational processes and a strong customer service mindset.

Requirements

• Participates in systems requirements, definition, testing, implementation, and support.
• Supports business users, maintains and troubleshoots Finance Systems.
• Coordinates, evaluates, and performs maintenance to the Oracle Fusion modules.
• Maintains knowledge of finance operational processes.
• Develops test schedules, testing plans, run test scripts, document testing results.
• Writes functional specifications documents from requirements for integrations.
• Performs user support and coordinates with IT on issue resolution.
• Develops and assists with continuous process improvement.
