Job Description
The Coordinator assists physicians and professional staff with delegated responsibilities to provide quality services to all customers.
Requirements
- Assists the medical staff to help patients maintain health, or promote healing.
- Performs patient care duties with infant, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations.
- Provides quality service to all internal customers.
- Assists all support service areas, as needed.
- Provides excellent customer service to patients, families and internal contacts using AIDET.
- Accepts responsibility for professional growth and continuing education
- Accepts responsibility and assures quality, cost effective patient care
- Accepts responsibility for communication with all customers. Uses proper verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with patients, families and other health disciplines to support the continuum of healthcare delivery.
