Job Description
TRIA is hiring an EMT, LPN, or CMA Navigator to join their orthopedic team. The role involves collaborating with physicians to optimize patient care across various age and care continuum stages. Responsibilities include appointment check-in, insurance verification, co-payment collection, standard rooming, history and evaluation, diagnosis, clinical procedures, post-operative management, wound care, casting, splinting, DME fitting and application, and after-visit and pre-procedure education. Work may be scheduled across TRIA's clinics based on the scope of the navigator's credential.
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited school of practical nursing (LPN).
- Graduate from a Medical Assisting program (MA).
- High school diploma or GED (EMT).
- Current BLS certification through American Heart Association or Red Cross (EMT and LPN).
- Current MN & WI LPN license (LPN).
- Current MN & WI EMT License (EMT).
- Current WI BLS certification (LPN and EMT).
