Medical Laboratory Technician or Medical Assistant

Riverway Clinic is looking to hire a Medical Laboratory Technician or Medical Assistant to join their Laboratory Services team. The role involves performing specimen collections, testing analysis, and maintaining patient care and relationships. The ideal candidate should have an Associate or Bachelor's degree in laboratory science or medical laboratory technology, or equivalent education and experience. Medical Assistants should have completed an assistant program or hold a CMA/AAMA or RMA/AMT certificate. The role requires working in a moderately complex laboratory, adhering to clinical and governmental standards, and maintaining confidentiality and promoting teamwork. Requirements

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in laboratory science or medical laboratory technology, or equivalent education and experience
• Medical Assistant completed assistant program or CMA/AAMA or RMA/AMT certificate
• Certification from ASCP/BOC, preferred
• One-year recent experience in an accredited laboratory, preferred
