The Nutrition Aide will prepare cold items for patient meals, deliver patient meals, store food and supplies, wash and store dishes, complete assigned cleaning. Provides patients with menu choices that meet the prescribed diet and are within established guidelines.

- Stock patient care areas.
- Prepare and assemble items for café.
- Prepare and serve café items.
- Utilize cashiering system.
- Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the work area.
