Job Description
Provides direct patient care to adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations, with pediatric care required for some specialty positions. Uses a variety of occupational therapy techniques to restore individuals to maximum functional ability, independence, participation, and freedom from pain.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school with a Doctorate, Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy
- Minnesota Occupational Therapy license
- Current Wisconsin Occupational Therapy license (Specific only to employees practicing in Wisconsin)
- Current BLS- American Heart Association or American Red Cross (BLS for Health Professionals)
- Proficient with communication and data processing equipment
- Proficient in clinical equipment related to the area of expertise
- Proficient in organization electronic medical record software
