Job Description
Park Nicollet is looking to hire a Same Day Surgery Center (SDSC) Patient Care Supervisor to join our team. The position is responsible for daily operations of the unit/department, including hiring, staff development, performance management, and scheduling. The Patient Care Supervisor will work variable shifts, as needed, to complete responsibilities and meet the needs of the patient care unit.
Requirements
- Baccalaureate degree in Nursing or AD in Nursing and Baccalaureate degree in related field
- Pre/Post/PACU experience
- ER/ICU or other Procedural department experience
- Licensed as a registered nurse by the State of Minnesota
- ACLS and PALS Certification
- ASPAN Certification or willingness to obtain within 1 year
