Job Description
HealthPartners is hiring a Pharmacy Project Implementation Manager to manage key pharmacy projects and prioritize project progress. The Manager will facilitate the Annual Planning process and standardization efforts, as well as coordinate project work with pharmacy IT Business Partners.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Health Care Administration, Business, or related field
- Eight years of experience in pharmacy benefit and/or program implementation
- Demonstrated organizational skills
- Effective presentation, verbal, and written communication skills
- Project management experience
- Proficient in Microsoft suite of products
