Job Description
Regions Hospital is hiring a Polysomnographic Technologist III to coordinate and participate in the administration of comprehensive polysomnographic testing and analysis, and associated interventions. Provides patient education and therapeutic services related to sleep disorders.
Requirements
- High School diploma/GED
- Successful completion of polysomnography program, of no less than one year duration, associated with a state licensed and/or nationally accredited educational facility.
- RPSGT certification by the Board of Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (BRPT) or Registered Sleep Technologist (RST) certification by the American Board of Sleep Medicine
- BCLS certified
- Licensed as Respiratory Care Therapist (LRT) with State of Minnesota, Registered as an EEG technician by ASET (American Society of Electroneurodiagnostic Technologists) LRT/REEG only
