Security Officer

Join our team as a Security Officer and protect people, property, information, and reputation of Park Nicollet Health Services. Respond to routine public service and emergency support calls, use problem-solving techniques, judgment, and verbal de-escalation. Ability to independently manage work and complete duties as assigned.

Requirements

• FBI/BCA background check required
• High school graduate or equivalent
• 2 or 4-year degree in Law Enforcement/Criminal Justice or currently in a degree program
• Previous experience in healthcare security, law enforcement, or public safety
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Strong time management and organizational skills
