Security Officer

Methodist Hospital is hiring a Security Officer to protect people, property, information, and the reputation of Park Nicollet Health Services. The Security Officer will respond to routine public service and emergency support calls, and will require independent management of work to complete duties outlined in the job description and other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• FBI/BCA background check required upon hire
• Minimum high school graduate or equivalent
• 2 or 4-year degree in Law Enforcement/Criminal Justice or currently in a degree program
• Previous experience in healthcare security
• Previous law enforcement or public safety experience
• Previous customer service
• Military experience as applicable
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills required
• Strong time management and organizational skills required
