Job Description
HealthPartners is hiring a Software Engineer - Frontend & Developer Experience to support the modernization of Health Plan administrative and claims user interfaces, applying AI-assisted tools to enhance development efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
- Three (3) years of experience developing modern web applications
- Strong experience with React (PrimeReact preferred); AngularJS experience is also acceptable
- Experience consuming REST APIs and working with backend teams
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or similar) to improve developer productivity, code quality, or documentation
