Supervisor, Nursing

We are currently looking for a Nursing Supervisor for our Internal Medicine and Pediatrics clinic departments. This position is responsible for providing leadership and management of the Primary Care Departments for the Curve Crest Clinic.

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in Minnesota and Wisconsin
• BLS required; ACLS preferred
• Completion of an accredited nursing program
• 3 years related nursing experience in a clinical setting
• 3 years of management and/or supervisory experience preferred
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to learn and retain information regarding patient care procedures; to project a professional image; plan, prioritize and complete delegated tasks; and, demonstrates compassion and caring in dealing with others.
