Job Description
Join Park Nicollet as a Surgical Tech (CST) in our Ambulatory Surgery Center in Burnsville, MN. We are looking for a team member with a positive outlook and ability to work well on a team. The Surgical Tech position practices under the direction of a Registered Nurse and requires certification through one of the following Surgical Technologist Programs: CST or NCCT.
Requirements
- Certification through one of the following Surgical Technologist Programs: CST or NCCT
- 1-2 years of Sterile processing experience
- Practical knowledge of basic surgical instrumentation and equipment of orthopedic surgical procedures
- Demonstrated knowledge of the principles of aseptic technique and sterilization methods
- Demonstrated knowledge of age-related growth and development principles necessary to provide appropriate service and assure safety of patients
