Methodist Hospital is seeking a Surgical Tech (CST) to join its surgical team. The successful candidate will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse, integrating clinical thinking skills, commitment, creativity, and caring for patients and their families.

Requirements

• Certification through NBSTSA or NCCT Surgical Technologist Certification Program
• Practical knowledge of surgical instrumentation and equipment of orthopedic surgical procedures
• Demonstrated knowledge of aseptic technique and sterilization methods
• Knowledge of age-related growth and development principles necessary to provide appropriate service and assure safety of patients
• Currently validated CPR skills
