Technician, Environmental Services

Environmental Services Technicians provide safe and sanitary surroundings for patients, employees, and the public in both hospital and clinic settings. The position requires following procedures for handling, cleaning, disposing, and moving of objects/materials, as well as participating in the clean-up of blood, infectious materials, and/or body fluids containing blood.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Ability to follow assigned work orders (required)
• Ability to work a variety of scheduled hours (required)
• Ability to work weekends and call-in hours (required)
• Ability to work in a constantly changing environment on a day-to-day basis (required)
• Effective time management skills (required)
