Job Description
Healthpeak Properties seeks an Assistant Vice President of Asset Management to oversee a portfolio of senior housing assets and drive operating performance, capital efficiency, and strategic execution. The AVP will partner closely with senior leadership, operating partners, investments, capital markets, and development to enhance NOI growth, optimize contract structures, and execute portfolio strategy.
Requirements
- MBA, CFA, or other relevant advanced professional designation
- 8+ years of relevant experience in asset management, real estate, investments, or portfolio management
- Strong understanding of senior housing operations, operator management, and asset-level value creation levers
