Capital Asset Management Director

Capital Asset Management Director to lead senior housing capital leadership, work with operators to prioritize capital needs, develop new national relationships, and provide technical support to property management and building engineers.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience with senior housing, multi-family, or hotel capital management
• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, Construction Management or Architectural preferred
• Experience in capital planning and cost estimating
• Superior verbal and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills
• Staff management experience a plus
• Advanced Excel skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite - Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
