Commercial Property Manager

Healthpeak Properties is a fully integrated real estate investment trust (REIT) seeking a Commercial Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of Outpatient Medical properties. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining relationships with healthcare partners, coordinating tenant outreach programs, and maximizing recoverable income.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in marketing, Business, Real Estate, Finance, and/or Accounting preferred
• Professional designation from BOMA, IREM, or CCIM preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial real estate property management
• Experience in healthcare property management strongly preferred
• Ability to analyze operational and financial data
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to travel locally (15% of the time)
