Commercial Real Estate Administrator

Healthpeak Properties is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Administrator to assist in directing and coordinating activities of on-site outpatient medical property management. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, previous exposure to commercial property management, and experience with Yardi software.

Requirements

• Minimum high school diploma or GED, an associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
• Previous exposure to commercial property management
• Experience with Yardi software
• Previous exposure to real estate accounting and familiarity with monthly accounting cycle, including an understanding of A/P, A/R, and commercial leases
• Professional demeanor and excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Access to reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Computer literate and proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work independently
