Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Full-Desk Recruiter
- Proven track-record in business development
- Experienced working over the phone/cold calling
- Must have a LinkedIn Account
- Must have a goal-oriented mindset
- Must possess strong negotiation skills
- Must be self-motivated, proactive and have a strong/independent work ethic
Benefits
- Commission only role with a potential to earn $120,000+ in the first year and $180,000+ in the second year
