Healthcare Recruiter (Commission Only) - Fully Remote

We are expanding our team and looking for motivated, entrepreneurial recruiters who want to build a highly profitable recruiting desk while working remotely. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in healthcare recruitment and business development who are comfortable generating both candidates and clients.

Requirements

• Source and recruit healthcare professionals including Physicians, Advanced Practice Providers (NPs/PAs), and Dentists
• Conduct outreach to healthcare organizations to introduce HealthPlus Staffing’s contingency recruitment services
• Build and manage relationships with clients nationwide
• Qualify candidates through structured screening calls
• Present qualified candidates to healthcare facilities
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
• Manage the recruitment process through offer and placement
• Maintain consistent activity including candidate sourcing, client outreach, and pipeline management
