Requirements
- Source and recruit healthcare professionals including Physicians, Advanced Practice Providers (NPs/PAs), and Dentists
- Conduct outreach to healthcare organizations to introduce HealthPlus Staffing’s contingency recruitment services
- Build and manage relationships with clients nationwide
- Qualify candidates through structured screening calls
- Present qualified candidates to healthcare facilities
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
- Manage the recruitment process through offer and placement
- Maintain consistent activity including candidate sourcing, client outreach, and pipeline management
